Hi,
Everything I've heard about Corac leaves me feeling very excited about their prospects. There is no way to know why Mr Reed decided to sell those shares but perhaps he just needed the money for something specific! Its worth noting that he was recently awarded a share option exercisable at 51.5p between 27/12/08 and 27/12/15 for 200,000 options which now gives him 911,668 options. Thats a very large number of shares, presumably previous awards were at an even lower price than 51.5p so I doubt he'd feel too concerned at taking a bit of profit now.

Chairman Prof. Gerry Musgrave holds 1,670,530 ordinary shares representing 1.94% of the Company's issued share capital and 2,193,334 options over the Company's shares.

Technical Director Julian Reed holds 13,300 ordinary shares representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital and 911,668 options over the Company's shares.

Hi, I've justed starting investing and Corac is one of two I've invested in so far (the other being Greystar Resources). Have just noticed that Corac's technical director, Julian Reed, sold £47k worth of shares on 6th November last year. Thought this was a bit worrying...what do you think?
